Anita M. Seth is an experienced trial lawyer who has successfully won dismissals for her clients, diligently negotiated favorable settlements, and zealously litigated motions.  Anita takes the time to ensure her clients’ comfort and understanding throughout the legal process.

     Anita M. Seth earned her Juris Doctor from Widener University School of Law, in Delaware.  Anita served as an executive board member of the Moe Levine Trial Advocacy Honor Society and was the recipient of the Widener Law Public Service and Advocacy Award and the International Academy of Trial Lawyers Award.

     In 2006, Anita lived and studied comparative constitutional law in Nairobi, Kenya. Anita graduated from Temple University in 2004, with a concentration in legal studies and economics. 

     As a trial attorney with the Montgomery County Public Defender's Office, Anita has spent years representing clients at preliminary hearings, suppression hearings, sentencing hearings, violation of probation/parole hearings, and bench and jury trials.

     Anita has clerked for Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas criminal homicide Judge M. Teresa Sarmina, assisted on high-profile pharmaceutical litigation and homicide trials, and helped secure successful civil settlements with Cooper and Schall, P.C. in Philadelphia.

     Anita is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
